What roofing systems does Ymalko offer in Macedonia?
We offer a full range: Bramac concrete tiles, Braas ceramic tiles, Icopal and Siplast bituminous membranes, Wolfin PVC membranes for flat roofs, as well as complete accessories (gutters, ventilation, insulation). All systems come with a 15–30 year warranty.
What insulation thickness is recommended for homes in Macedonia?
For the continental climate of Macedonia with cold winters and hot summers, we recommend insulation with a thickness of 12–14 cm. The most commonly used materials are Multipor (mineral), mineral wool and EPS 80–100 polystyrene, depending on the area of the building and the level of thermal load.
What is Ytong and why is it used in construction?
Ytong is an autoclaved aerated concrete block (AAC) — a lightweight material with integrated thermal insulation. It builds up to 4 times faster than classic bricks, reduces the need for additional insulation and is fire resistant (REI 240). Ymalko is the official distributor in Macedonia.

Bramac tiles have a 30-year manufacturer's warranty for color, durability, and impermeability. The expected lifespan is over 50 years, even in the climatic conditions of Macedonia.
What is the best skylight for homes in Skopje?

What does "drywall" mean?
Dry construction is a system with gypsum board panels (Fermacell, Knauf type) for interior walls, ceilings and cladding. The main advantages: three times faster than classic masonry, no moisture, and easy installation of electrical installations.
